A wheel dilemma
I am in two minds over the Tour of Britain coming through Bradford: on the one hand, as a road user I object to the public highway being shut for races, particularly for groups who make no financial contribution to the upkeep of the roads; on the other hand, it will mean that all the potholes will get fixed in advance of the race.
