Last Saturday during the storm we found Tesco had lost electricity and had to close, so we went to Sainsbury’s in Trowbridge instead.

Being a very relevant birthday for our son on the following day we wanted some special items. Sainsbury’s did not disappoint.

In the very crowded store we easily found what we were looking for and were greeted with smiles from all the staff we met. Heading toward the checkouts we were directed to the 10 items or less till by Lewis and served straight away by Carol, who provided us with a Nectar card and immediate points on our shopping. We learned that Lewis (all the staff are on first name terms) was the manager.

We were very impressed by how everyone treated us, being first time shoppers to Sainsbury’s and look forward to adding up Nectar points in this cheerful store.

Sat in the garden with our son and his family, I well can recommend the Taste the Difference range as being what it says. Thank you Sainsbury’s for making our day very special on every level. Your customer skills are a credit to Trowbridge.
