Derelict property
Can those in authority enlighten me regarding the derelict property containing a waterwheel near the weir at Avoncliff? Scaffolding and a platform have been there for months with no work done on the property.
Perhaps the same authority who allowed this situation to develop can explain itself.
The site has become a festering eyesore and a blot on an otherwise picturesque landscape.
