RECYCLING Collections: for years we have put out items for black box recycling in plastic bags, each containing one type of material. The bags were always returned for reuse. Now that the bags are not being returned, and to buy cost 5p, we will in future put out material mixed. Having to sort the items before tipping into the vehicle;s separate sections will hardly make collecting quicker.
