Hopper hope
MICHELLE Donelan MP, in her column in the Wiltshire Times of February 12, announced that Wiltshire Council would receive an extra £10m from the government to spend on local services.
I wonder what they will do with it? I suggest they show that “everybody matters” by using a little bit of it to safeguard the future of the Hopper.
