WITH the new benefit changes on the horizon there will be many people who will struggle to access Universal Credit. This is a big change in the benefit system and requires every applicant to apply online.
Not everyone knows how to use the internet, or has an email address or even knows that you need to apply online.
The local charity group The Learning Curve is holding free sessions over July and August in Trowbridge and Salisbury to help those people that need to get online, obtain an email address and understand how to use the Universal Credit portal.
