ONCE again an approach to the medieval town of Bradford on Avon is decorated with a completely inappropriate plastic-covered building, this time on the Holt Road.
How did this get past the town council or, indeed, the Preservation Trust?
The last time this happened, on Frome Road, the council responsible paid £2,000 to the Preservation Trust in recognition of a failing on their part.
Who is responsible for this failing?
Is the Preservation Trust due another windfall?
