Watch out. I parked in Toby Carvery before the site was fully open and received a parking fine. I have had to complain even though I pointed out that there was no signage and I parked in a disabled space with badges clearly shown.
I sent an appeal but it was denied as the money grabbing company stated there was one machine working – they did not say which. I have now had to send off for independent appeal which is pending. Clear signage only went up after they must have sent all these letters. As it is free to park for three hours and they have cameras on the entrance, why is it necessary to take a ticket? Sainsbury’s does not do this and they operate the same system. Is this company just a licence to print money as no one will stay beyond three hours?
