I RECENTLY had the unfortunate experience of falling from top to bottom of the escalator in Trowbridge Castle Place, sustaining a number of cuts and bruises. The manager and a few others came to my rescue and phoned for an ambulance which arrived quite quickly.
At the Royal United Hospital I was dealt with speedily, my injuries dealt with and a scan arranged, which fortunately revealed no brain damage.
All the procedures were carried out efficiently and professionally and I cannot speak too highly of the treatment I received, both from the paramedics with the ambulance and the RUH staff.
My sincere thanks to all involved, not forgetting the Castle Place staff, and others who helped.
