SMITH Evelyn 'Jane' Formerly Box Passed away peacefully at Trowbridge Oaks Care Home on 29th September 2018, aged 93. Formerly of Peasedown St. John. Loving Mother of Frances and Elizabeth, Garfield and David. Grandma to Sîan and Matthew and Nana to Nicola, Emma and Jonathan. Great-Grandma to Paul, Harvey and Tobias. Much loved by all. Funeral service at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Friday 12th October at 10am. Family flowers only.
