LAKIN John Keith Passed away peacefully in Dorothy House Hospice, Winsley on Monday 7th January 2019, aged 59 years. Dearly loved husband of Diane. Much loved dad to Tom and Sarah and beloved son of Ethel and the late Jack. John will be sadly missed by his family and all who knew him. Funeral service to take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Tuesday 29th January 2019 at 11.30am. Family Flowers only please.
