KIRKHAM Dave Aged 61, died peacefully on 1st August at The Royal Cornwall Hospital. Funeral service to be held at West Wiltshire Crematorium on Thursday 29th August at 1.45pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired to Parkinson's UK or Dementia UK can be sent c/o F Curtis & Son.
