MEAKIN Diane Passed away Tuesday 1st September peacefully at home, after a short illness, Much loved wife to Terrick, mother to Joanne and Andrew, grandmother to Laura and Abigail and great grandmother to Jack Toby and Herbert. Funeral 1pm, Monday 14th September at Wiltshire Crematorium, family only. No flowers please except family. Greatful thanks to all Doctors, Nurses and Carers who cared for Diane.
