Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Trowbridge) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2019

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL MELKSHAM 42 DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

The above order, made on 24 July 2019, under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, will divert Footpath Melksham 42 at land east of Spa Road Melksham, at OSGR ST 9143-6347, in a broadly westerly direction for approximately 122m to OSGR ST 9155-6344, to a new route Melksham 42 at OSGR ST 9143-6347, in a broadly north easterly direction for approximately 70m to OSGR ST 9149-6350 and then in a south easterly direction for approximately 91m to point B at OSGR ST 9155-6344, having a width of 2m, and thereupon the Bradford and Melksham Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 shall be modified accordingly. A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Rights of Way and Countryside, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. The above order, made on 23 July 2019, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public bridleway Melksham Without 25 at Tanhouse Barn, Redstock Lane, Seend leading from OSGR ST 9410-6328 in a broadly north easterly direction for approximately 351m, to OSGR ST 9438-6347, to a new route at OSGR ST 9410-6328, in a broadly west north westerly direction for approximately 372m, to OSGR ST 9446-6336, having a width of 4m. direction for approximately 323m to OSGR ST 9438-6350, to

Thereupon the Bradford and Melksham Rural District Council Area definitive map and statement dated 1952 shall be modified accordingly. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A4 (Part), Corsham; from its junction with Middlewick to its junction with C185 to enable Ringway to carry out carriageway resurfacing. Alternative route: via A4 (unaffected Length) -A350 -A420 - A46 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 27 August 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 06 September 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
