I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:
APP/19/00885/F Variation of conditions 2 & 10 of permission APP/18/01057/F as described in that description of development to reduce the size of, and move the pool to the east with a new pool plant room shed to the east of the pool. 28 Ravine Road.
APP/19/00931/F Demolish existing buildings and erect 2 no 4 bedroom houses with parking. 1A Lawrence Drive.
APP/19/00969/C Change of use to a mixed use of A1 (Shop) & A3 (Restaurant/Cafe) (Retrospective). 33 Salterns Road. APP/19/00985/F Extensions and refurbishment of existing dwelling, including extensions to the front and rear along with interior alterations. 3 Springfield Road.
APP/19/00864/F To form 63 retirement living apartments, guest apartment, communal facilities, access, car parking, landscaping & associated works. 59 West Quay Road. APP/19/00929/F Demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of a block of 11 flats with basement car parking. 6 Highmoor Road. APP/19/00957/F Demolish existing dwellings and erect 10 dwelling houses. 7 & 9 Lindsay Road.
