Notice is hereby given that on 20 August 2019 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and Order 1 under the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which is as follows: Order 1 - To amend the following restrictions in the Parishes of North Wiltshire Consolidation Order 2018 by the insertion of new Map Schedule Nos. AY78, AY79, AZ78 and AZ79 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at any time on Caspian Close - both sides - from its junction with Mustang Way for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction; Mustang Way - south side - from a point 14 metres west of the southern corner of property No.7 Mustang Way for a distance of 72 metres in an easterly direction; Mustang Way - north side - from a point 14 metres west of the southern corner of property No.7 Mustang Way to a point 85 metres in a southerly direction; Mustang Way - west side - i) from a point adjacent the northern property boundary of No.69 Mustang Way to a point 21 metres in a southerly direction ii) from a point adjacent the property boundary between Nos. 107 and 109 Mustang Way for a distance of 19 metres in a southerly direction; Mustang Way - south east side - from a point adjacent the western property boundary of No.80 Mustang Way to a point 75 metres in an easterly direction; Mustang Way -south west side - from a point adjacent to the south eastern property boundary of No.1 Palomino Place for a distance of 21 metres in a northerly direction; Mustang Way - north east side - from a point 10 metres north west of the property boundary of No.48 Mustang Way for a distance of 22 metres in a northerly direction; Mustang Way - both sides - i) from a point adjacent the northern property boundary of No.27 Mustang Way to a point 45 metres in a southerly direction ii) from a point adjacent the property boundary between Nos. 54 and 56 Mustang Way for a distance of 31 metres in a northerly direction; Pinto Close - both sides - from its junction with Mustang Way for a distance of 5 metres in an easterly direction; Order 2 - To introduce a 20mph speed limit zone on Arabian Avenue, Bashkir Close, Breton Close, Caspian Close, Cleveland Road, Criollo Place, Eriskay Place, Mustang Way, Oldenburg Close, Palomino Place and Pinto Close - the complete lengths. A copy of the Orders and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on 2 September 2019.
