The installation of a "PUFFIN" (Pedestrian User-Friendly Intelligent) Crossing, a form of traffic signal-controlled crossing in A3102 Calne Road - at a point 63 metres north east of its junction with Melsome Road. Copies of the draft Orders, plans and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 06 (Part), Upavon; from its junction with the A342 for a distance of approximately 350 metres in an easterly direction to enable Footpath improvement works associated with the new development. Alternative routes: via Footpath 06 (unaffected length) - Chapel Lane - A342 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 09 September 2019 and the closure will be required for 06 months. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. NOTICE OF CONFIRMING AN ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL KINGTON ST MICHAEL 15 & 40 (parts of) DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT

MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

The above order, confirmed as made on the 16th August 2019, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpaths at The Priory, Kington St Michael. The public footpath leading from OS Grid Reference ST 8953 7785 in a south westerly direction for approximately 190 metres to OS Grid Reference ST 8937 7775 and the public footpath from ST 8952 7786 leading in a north westerly direction for approximately 218 metres to ST 8937 7801 will be diverted to new routes leading from ST 8952 7786 in a north westerly direction for approximately 21 metres then in a generally south westerly direction for 190 metres to ST 8937 7775 with a width of2 metres and from ST 8951 7787 leading in a generallynorth westerly direction for approximately 197 metres to ST 8937 7801 also having a width of 2 metres thereupon the Calne and Chippenham Rural District Council area definitive map dated 1953 shall be modified accordingly. A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Rights of Way and Countryside, Communities and Neighbourhood, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5.00. The Order comes into force on 30th August 2019, but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question the validity of it, or that any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 5th September 2019, make an application to the High Court.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to users: Footpath 59 (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with Sadlers Mead for a distance of approximately 25 metres to its junction with the access path to the Olympiad Leisure Centre to enable Construction of multi-story Car Park. Alternative routes: via Sadlers Mead -Cocklebury Road - Monkton Hill - Monkton Park Council Office Car Park and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. Buryhill Farm for a distance of approximately 200 metres in a northerly direction to enable Centurion to carry out bridge examination. Alternative

route: via B4696 (unaffected length) - B4040 - A429 - B4042 and vice

versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 September 2019 and the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00 until 15 September 2019. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2019 2. The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Cricklade) (20mph Speed Limit Zone) Order 2019 (Previously advertised as 2017) Notice is hereby given that on 20 August 2019 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is as follows: Order 1 - To introduce a 20mph speed limit on Bath Road - from its junction with West Mill Lane to a point 145 metres west of its junction with High Street; Order 2 - To introduce a 20mph speed limit zone on Cherry Tree Road, Fullers Avenue, Lady Mead, Pike House Close and White Horse Road - the complete lengths. A copy of the Orders and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours.
