Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Young & Ca's Brewery Pic in respect of Premises known as The Plantation (To be known as The Canford), 53 Cliff Road, Canford Cliffs, Poole, BHI3 7|F applied to BCP Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant (to include adding bedrooms to be licensed for the supply of alcohol by way of mini-bars 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, BCP Council, Environmental & Protection Services, Unit I, Newfields Business Park, 2 Stinsford Road, Poole, BHI7 ONF, no later than 12th December 2019 stating the grounds for representation. The register of BCP Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
