SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A PEDESTRIAN CROSSING (ZEBRA CROSSING) BLACKBROOK WAY. TAUNTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Somerset County Council, under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, proposes to establish a Zebra crossing on Blackbrook Way, Taunton. The Zebra crossing will be located 34 metres south west of the entrance to Blackbrook Leisure Centre and Spa.
