SECTION 17 LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that Kathy Hang Ki LIENG has applied to the BCP Council on 2nd April 2020 for a new Premises Licence for the Dragon Palace II at 8 High Street, Christchurch BH23 1AY. The proposed licensable activities are to permit: A) Late Night Refreshment Monday to Thursday from 23:00hrs to 23.30hrs, Friday and Saturday from 23:00hrs to 00.00 hrs. B) The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises between Monday to Saturday 08:00hrs to 23.00 hrs and on Sunday 10:00hrs to 22:30hrs. Any person or responsible authority who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 30th April 2020 (28 days the day after the application received by the Licensing Department) stating the grounds for making the representation to Christchurch Council, the Licensing Team, Civic Offices, B ridge Street, Christchurch BH23 1AX. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed on-line by visiting the website www.christchurch.gov.uk and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for Premises Licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5,000.
