Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to introduce a temporary No Waiting at Any Time restriction applying to both sides of the following length of road: Lancaster Road, Melksham Without; from its junction with Pathfinder Way to its junction with Portal Road to enable Wimpey Homes to carry out a sewer connection across the carriageway. This Order is made to ensure public safety during the period of the Carriageway works take place. This Order will come into operation on 23 May 2020 and will be required until 30 May 2020. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A365 (Part) Western Way, Melksham Without and Melksham; from its junction with A350 Semington Bypass to its junction with Pathfinder Way to enable Wimpey Homes to carry out a sewer connection across the carriageway. Alternative route (A): via Pathfinder Way - Lancaster Road -Portal Road - A350 Semington Bypass and vice versa. Alternative route (B) HGV's: via A365 (unaffected length) - A361 - A350 Semington Bypass and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 23 May 2020 and the closure will be required until 30 May 2020. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Elms Cross (Part), Bradford on Avon and Westwood; from its junction with B3109 From Road for a distance of approximately 280 metres in a south westerly direction to enable BT to carry out replacement of decaying telegraph pole. Alternative route: via Elm Cross (unaffected length) - Westwood Road - B3109 Frome Road and vice versa. Winsley; from its junction with Murhill to its junction with Winsley.to enable Davis Groundwork to carry out sewer connection. Alternative route: Bradford Road (unaffected length) - Dane Rise B3108 Winsley ByPass - Limpley Stoke Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 27 April 2020 and the closure will be required until 01 May 2020. STATUTORY NOTICE Wiltshire Council Statutory Notice of a proposed Change of Age Range at the Princecroft Primary School, Princecroft Lane, Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 8NT.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (as amended by the Education Act 2011) and the School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013 that Wiltshire Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Princecroft Primary School, Princecroft Lane, Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 8NT. Wiltshire Council proposes to change the age range of Princecroft Primary School to provide pre-school provision from 1 January 2021. The school will then admit children from the age of 3 years. Pupils will be accommodated in existing buildings on the site which are being converted into pre-school accommodation.
