The County of Dorset (C81, known locally as "The Coombe" Puddletown) (30 mph Speed Limit) (No.') Order 202'

Dorset Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to change the existing national speed limit to 30 mph speed limit on the C81, known locally as The Coombe, Puddletown.

Full details of this proposal are contained in the Draft Order together with a plan showing the length of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, it is not possible for Dorset Council to have documents on deposit for people to view at County Hall. Temporary Traffic Management Order -B3071, Wool to West Lulworth

DORSET COUNCIL intend, not lessthan seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. The effect of the Order is to impose a temporary speed restriction of 10mph within the working area (as indicated by signs on site), at any point along the B3071, between WOOL and WEST LULWORTH to facilitate the use of a convoy working vehicle.

The Order is needed to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on Tuesday 09th June 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months. It is anticipated that the works will take place between 08.00hrs and 16.00hrs, weekdays only, starting on Tuesday 09th June and will be completed by Friday 19th June 2020. The road will be open outside of these times and also over the weekend. Please note that these dates are weather dependant.

This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway maintenance and resurfacing works.

Temporary Traffic Management Order ofColliton Street, Dorchester

DORSET COUNCIL intend, not lessthan seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. The effect of this Order is to impose a temporary road closure between no. 47 and no.34 Colliton Street for a distance of approximately 20 metres. A temporary two way system will also be in place as indicated by signs on site for the duration of these works at both ends ofColliton Street to allow access for residents. The order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway

users. It will come into operation on 8 June 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months. however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 6 December 2020.

This Order will enable Acheson Construction Ltd safe access to allow loading & unloading while building work at Dorset County Museum takes place.

An alternative vehicular route for the western end of Colliton Street will be signed using; High West Street- The Grove - Norethernhay-Glyde Path Road.

Temporary Closure of Poundbury Road,

Dorchester

DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along POUNDBURY ROAD, DORCHESTER from its junction with Normandy Way past Poundbury Cemetary for a distance of approximately 250metres. The order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 8 June 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months. however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 3 July 2020 This Order will enable Wessex Water, safe access to continue the installation of sewer works associated with Poundbury Phase 4 works. These works were not completed under the previous closure due to the Covid-19 situation.

An alternative vehicular route will be signed using: Poundbury Road - Tilly Whim Lane - A35- B3150 Bridport Road - Middle Farm Way-Bridport Road - Poundbury Road

Temporary 30mph Speed Limit, Blagdon Hill, Martinstown

DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. A temporary 30mph speed limit will be imposed on Blagdon Hill, Martinstown in an area approximately between Goldcombe Farm and Heatherlea, a distance of approximately 1200 metres.

The order is needed for health and safety reasons, to provide a safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on Friday 5th June 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months. However it may be extended if construction work continues beyond that date. This Order will restrict vehicle speeds when passing the National Grid haul route used by construction traffic.
