Notice Under Articles 13 and 36 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
Proposed development at West Winterslow Workshops, Back Drove, West Winterslow, SP5 1RY. I give notice that Mr Nigel Northeast has applied to Wiltshire Council for Full Planning Permission for the: Demolition of existing workshops and the erection of three dwellings (1x3 bed and 2 x 4 bed) (Use Class C3), car parking, car port, landscaping, access and associated works and is appealing to the Secretary of State on the failure of the Council to give notice of a decision. Any owner* or tenant** of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Secretary of State at Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN or using the website by 21 days of this notice. *”owner” means a person having freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver). **”tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
