POOLE (BCP) COUNCIL Madeira Road - Construction Works TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHAT: No parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time (suspension of payment parking bay and disabled parking bay - entire length)

WHERE: Southern side of Madeira Road, adjacent
to the Old Bournemouth Police Station, for
a distance of approx. 46 metres
WHEN: 8th June 2020 until 7th December 2021
WHY: Construction Works - Kier
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will
be maintained and access to properties will
remain depending on site safety.

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
