The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 07/08/2020 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. BRADFORD ON AVON - 20/04823/LBC Bradford On Avon Railway Station, Restoration of footbridge; TROWBRIDGE - 20/04782/VAR Ravenscroft House, Ravenscroft Gardens, Variation of condition 8 of 18/06217/FUL; WARMINSTER - 20/04930/FUL & 20/05610/LBC 39 Silver Street, Repairs/alterations;

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) B3107 Silver Street (Part), Bradford on Avon; from its property known as 13 Silver Street for a distance of approximately 30 metres in an easterly direction to enable Klas Hyllen Architecture to carry out roofing works to The Vinters and No.24 Silver Street. Alternative route: via B3107 (unaffected length) - B3109 Springfield/ New Road/Mount Pleasant - A363 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 July 2020 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 14 August 2020. B) Westbury Road (Part), North Bradley; from its junction with Southwick Road to its junction with A363 White Horse Business Park to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out the resurfacing of carriageway, footway and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via A363 - A361 - Wynsome Street - Goose Street - Bradley Road - Southwick Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 July 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 31 July 2020. (Part), Westwood; from its junction with Upper Westwood Road for a distance of approximately 250 metres in a westerly direction to enable Wales and west Utilities to carry out gas mains replacement. Alternative route: via Upper Westwood Village Road (unaffected length) - Iford Road -Lower Westwood Road - Upper Westwood Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 July 2020 and the closure will be required until 14 August 2020. For further information please contact Steve Wilshire

maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
