To every reputed owner, lessee, tenant or occupier of any part of the land described below and all others whom it may concern. Application has been made to Wiltshire Council of County Hall, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN by Stanton St Quintin Parish Council, under section 15(1) of the Commons Act 2006 and in accordance with the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2007. The application seeks the inclusion in the register of town and village greens of the land described in the Schedule below which is claimed to have qualified for registration as a town or village green on 18 April 2018 by virtue of use for the past 50 years by local residents and being maintained by the Parish Council throughout this period with use continuing at the time of application. The application, which includes a plan of the land proposed for registration may be inspected at Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, please ask at Reception to view a copy. A copy may also be inspected at Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri, please ask at Reception to view a copy. If the registration authority is satisfied that the land described below qualifies for registration as a town or village green, it will so register the land. Any person wishing to object to the registration of the land as a town or village green should send a statement of the facts on which the objection is based to J Green, Senior Definitive Map Officer, Rights of Way and Countryside, Communities and Neighbourhood, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN on or before Mon 28 September 2020. 6A. Save as provided in Articles 7(c), 7(d), 7(f) and 7(g) of this Order, no person shall, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or of a Civil Enforcement Officer causer or permit a vehicle to stop or wait on a school entrance marking in the roads or sides of roads identified as No stopping on entrance markings for the periods identified on the plans attached to this Order.

Any person aggrieved by the Experimental Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. 24 August 2020.

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - SECTION 116 APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make application to the Magistrates' Court sitting at Princes Street, Swindon on 29 September 2020 at 2pm for Orders stopping up sections of highway at (i) Station Road, to the rear of 10-12 Lime Trees, Christian Malford;

(ii) Adjacent to 14 Whitehill Lane, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire. The

applications will be made on the ground that the sections of highway are unnecessary for public use. Alternative route: via C72 (unaffected length) - Stanton Park - C151 - C86 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 17 August 2020 and the closure will be required until 28 August 2020. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council made the above-mentioned Experimental Order on 4th August 2020 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
