and Cherhill and Yatesbury) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Orders 1 and 2 under the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be as follows: Orders 1 and 2 - a) To amend the following restrictions in the Calne and Calne Without Consolidation Order 2015 by the insertion of new Map Schedule Nos. DD59, DE59 and DF59; b) To amend the following restrictions in the Parishes of North Wiltshire Consolidation Order 2018 by the insertion of new Map Schedule Nos. DC59 and DD59 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at any time on C15, Lower Compton -both sides - from its junction with A4 to a point 205 metres south west of its junction with Marsh Lane. Order 3 - c) To introduce a 40mph speed limit on C15, Lower Compton - from its junction with A4 to a point 205 metres south west of its junction with Marsh Lane. Documents will not be deposited for viewing at Council Offices which are currently closed to the public due to Covid-19. Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to: Close temporarily to all motor vehicles except for access: Monkton Hill, Chippenham; from its junction with Station Hill to its junction with St Mary's Place. St Mary's Place, Chippenham; From its junction with Monkton Hill to its junction with New Road. Close temporarily to all motor vehicles: Monkton Hill, Chippenham;from its junction with St. Mary's Place to its junction with Monkton Park (Witlshire Council Offices) And to temporarily implement a prohibition of entry (except for cycles): Monkton Hill, Chippenham; from its junction with Monkton Park (Wiltshire Council offices) to a point 10 metres in a northly direction. And to temporarily suspend the existing One-Way Order on Monkton Hill to facilitate a traffic free street. And to temporary implement one-way restriction allowing north to south bound traffic only on Monkton Hill between its junction with Station Hill and St Mary's Place to enable a traffic free street. The restrictions will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 25 September 2020 and the closure will be required until 01 March 2022. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Chippenham and Chippenham Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Prohibition of Stopping, Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment No.4) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Chippenham and Chippenham Without Consolidation Order 2019 by revoking Map Schedule No. CQ36 dated 3 February 2020 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No. CQ36 the effect of which will be will be to introduce No Waiting at any time on Middlefield Leaze -both sides - from its junction with Middlefield Road to a point adjacent the western boundary of property No. 3 Middle Leaze; Middlefield Road -west side - from a point 9 metres north of its junction with Middle Leaze to a point 9 metres south of that junction; Middlefield Road - east side - from its junction with Middle Leaze to a point 8 metres south of that junction.
