1. The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Malmesbury) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2020

2. The County of Wiltshire (Cross Hayes Car Park (Southern Access), Malmesbury) (Prohibition of Entry) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows: Order 1 - To introduce a 20mph speed limit on B4040 Bristol Street - from its junction with B4040 Abbey Row/C68 Gloucester Road to a point 10 metres east of its junction with Bremhilham Road; Burnlvale (UC 938709), Crab Tree Close (UC 928725), Dark Lane (UC 928702) and Harpers Lane (UC 928720) - the complete lengths, Foxley Road (C68) - from its junction with B4040 Bristol Street to a point 30 metres south of its junction with Dark Lane. Order 2 - To introduce a prohibition of entry, prohibiting vehicles entering Cross Hayes Car Park (Southern Access) from B4040 St Dennis Lane. Documents will not be deposited for viewing at Council Offices which are currently closed to the public due to Covid-19. Section 14(1) and 14(7)of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Old Road, Chippenham; from its junction with Foundry Lane to its junction with Union Road. And to temporarily suspend the One-Way Order at: Union Road, Chippenham; from its junction with Old Road to its junction with A420 New Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out road pavement resurfacing and associated works. Alternative route: via Union Road - A420 - Foundry Lane. The closure and diversion route will be clearly Indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 07 December 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 23:29 until 11 December 2020. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) A346 (Part), Burbage, Savernake and Marlborough; from its junction with A338 to its junction with Blenheim Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Alternative route: via A346 (unaffected length) - A4 - A338 and vice versa. Alternative route for HGV's: via A346 (unaffected length) - A4 - A34 - A303 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 10 December 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 23 December 2020. This Order will come into operation on 09 December 2020 and the closure will be required until 22 December 2020. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 16 November 2020 and the closure will be required until 30 November 2020. This Order will come into operation on 16 November 2020 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 18 December 2020 and will restart from 04 January 2021 until 15 January 2021. This Order will come into operation on 16 November 2020 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 27 November 2020. Alternative route (a): via C113 - C112 and vice versa. Alternative route (b): via Wick Hill - Maud Heaths Causeway - CI 34 - C118 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 16 November 2020 and the closure will be required until 20 November 2020.
