Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Bradford on Avon) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2018 (Amendment No.3) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Bradford on Avon Consolidation Order 2018 revoking Map Schedule No EL20 dated 19/11/2018 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No EL20 the effect of which will be as follows: To introduce No waiting Mon-Fri 8am - 9am and 3pm - 4pm on the following lengths of road: Kennet Gardens - south side - from its junction with Kennet Gardens for approximately 22 metres in an easterly direction; Kennet Gardens -south side - from a point approximately 13 metres east of its junction with Frome Road.
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Bradford on Avon Consolidation Order 2018 revoking Map Schedule No EL20 dated 19/11/2018 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No EL20 the effect of which will be as follows: To introduce
on the following lengths of road:
- south side - from its junction with Kennet Gardens for approximately 22 metres in an easterly direction;
south side - from a point approximately 13 metres east of its junction with Frome Road.

NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTION 119 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL SOUTHWICK 49 DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2020 The above order, made on 12 November 2020, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert Footpath Southwick 49 at Hunters Lodge, Green Lane, Southwick leading from OSCR ST 8261-5492 leading in a broadly north easterly direction for approximately 372m to OSGR ST 8286-5519, to a new route at OSCR ST 8262-5512, leading in a broadly east north easterly direction for approximately 210m to OSGR ST 8281-5520. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Dunch Lane (Part), Melksham; from its junction with A350 Beanacre Road to its junction with Southbrook Road to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to use a HIAB lorry to lift large 1 tonne stone from the rail track and place back on the Pallister. Alternative route: via Dunch Lane (unaffected length) -A365 - A350 Beanacre Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 19 December 2020 and the closure will be required until 20 December 2020. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: B) Folly Lane (Part), Lacock; from the property known as 1 Folly Lane for a distance of approximately 55 metres in an easterly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out Section 81 /Defect repairs. Alternative route: via Wick Lane - Sandpitts Lane -Gastard Lane - Lanes End - Coppershell - Thingley Top - CI 50 - A350 - Folly Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 24 November 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 for 1 day. For further information please contact Harry Reed on behalf of Wessex Water on 03456004600. Orders (a) to (b) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
