Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Order on 19 January 2021. The Order comes into operation on 30 January 2021 as detailed below.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under It has not been compiled with In relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 19 January 2021, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
