Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users including bicycles and pedestrians: Great Chalfield Road (Part), Atworth; from its junction with Footpath 9, Atworth to its junction with Chalfield Road; Chalfield Road (Part), Atworth and Holt; from its junction with Great Chalfield Road to its junction with Footpath 6, Holt to enable Filming with large horse drawn procession. Alternative route: via Chalfield Road (unaffected length) - Summer Lane - Leigh Road -C231 - CI 69 - Coombe Lane - Great Chalfield Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 29 March 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00 for one day. Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A363 St Margarets Street (Part), Bradford on Avon; from its junction with St Margarets Hill for a distance of approximately 80 metres in a southerly direction to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out works to replace the road over rail bridge and associated maintenance works. And to temporarily suspend the existing One-Way Order on A363 St Margarets Street, Bradford on Avon to facilitate access and egress only. Alternative route: via A363 St Margarets Street (unaffected length) -junction Road - B3109 and vice versa. Alternative route (Pedestrians Only): via A363 St Margarets Street (unaffected length) - St Margaret's Villas -Footpath 32, Bradford on Avon and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 03 April 2021 and the closure will be required until 06 June 2021. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice of Public Path Order and Definitive Map Modification Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Sections 257 and Paragraph 1 of Schedule 14 and Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981
Section 53A Wiltshire Council Wiltshire Council Parish of North Bradley Path No. 9 Diversion Order and Definitive Map Modification Order 2021 The above Order was made on 12 March 2021. The effect of the Order, if confirmed as made will be to stop up that length of footpath North Bradley no. 9 at Bradley Road leading broadly east to the railway where across the railway (Yarnbrook Level Crossing) in a north north easterly direction to Pound Lane. Approximate length 260 metres. Also that length of footpath North Bradley no. 9 from North Bradley path
The above Order was made on 12 March 2021. The effect of the Order, if confirmed as made will be to stop up that length of footpath North Bradley no. 9 at Bradley Road leading broadly east to the railway where across the railway (Yarnbrook Level Crossing) in a north north easterly direction to Pound Lane. Approximate length 260 metres. Also that length of footpath North Bradley no. 9 from North Bradley path
no. 7 leading across the railway (White Horse Level Crossing). Approximate length 33 metres. Total approximate length to be extinguished = 293 metres. Width to be extinguished = the whole of the width of the public footpath described above and to create an alternative length of footpath leading from the eastern side of White Horse Level Crossing in a north westerly, north easterly and northerly direction to Drynham Lane (North Bradley path no 43). Total approximate length to be created = 313 metres. Width to be created = 2 metres. The diversion is necessary to enable development applied for in application number 15/04736/OUT (namely: for "the erection of up to 2500 dwellings, employment, two local centres, two primary schools, one secondary school, ecological visitor facility, public open space, landscaping and associated highway works including for the "Yarnbrook/West Ashton Relief Road' and the access junctions") if permitted, to proceed. The Warminster and Westbury Rural District Council area definitive map and statement will also be altered as appropriate.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to S Madgwick, Rights of Way and Countryside, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8)N, not later than 5.00 pm on 21 May 2021. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representation or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wiltshire Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representation or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Semington Road (Part), Melksham; from its junction with A350 Western Way to its junction with King Street; B) King Street, Melksham; from its junction with Semington Road to its junction with Spa Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing, ironwork adjustment, road marking, installing drop kerbs to the footway along. Alternative route: via Spa Road - A365 - A350 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 19 April 2021 and the closure will be required until 30 April 2021.
