I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission: APP/21/00339/F Demolish existing garage, erect 1 no. 4 bed house with garage and new garage for existing house. 12 Eaton Road.

APP/21/00364/F Separate the first floor residential accommodation from the ground floor (take away) accommodation. Install vent extractor to the side. Demolish the garage at the rear and provide two parking spaces in lieu. 5 Station Approach, Broadstone. APP/21/00348/F Link existing rear dormers to form single dormer. Replace single window in existing front dormer with 3 bay casement window. Replace hipped garage roof with gable and raise ridge height. 20 Erpingham Road.
