Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (A350 Trowbridge Road and Mays Drive, Westbury) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2021

(previously advertised as 2020) Notice is hereby given that on 24 March 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows: To introduce a 40mph speed limit on the following lengths of road:

A350 Trowbridge Road - from a point 111 metres south of Millbrook Roundabout in a northerly direction to a point 160 metres north of that roundabout, a total distance of 302 metre; Mays Drive - from its junction with Millbrook Roundabout for a length of 12 metres in an easterly direction. . Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 5 April 2021.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Melksham and Melksham Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Prohibition of Stopping, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2021 (Previously advertised as 2019) Notice is hereby given that on 25 March 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Melksham and Melksham Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2018 (with Amendment No.1), to re-enact it in the above Order and introduce new Map Schedule Nos. DZ39 and EA39 the effect of which is as follows: a) to introduce School keep clear entrance markings with the restriction No Stopping Monday to Friday 8am 5pm on entrance markings on Cranesbill Road - north sides - between the entrance and exit gates to Forest and Sandridge C of E Primary School for a distance of 41 metres; b) to introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8.30am -9.30am and 2.45pm to 3.45pm on Cranesbill Road - south side -from the eastern boundary of property No.71 Cranesbill Road to a point 24 metres north west of its roundabout junction with Eastern Way; Cranesbill Road - north side - i) from the eastern boundary of property No.71 Cranesbill Road to its junction with Nightjar Close ii) from the western boundary of property No.55 Cranesbill Road to the eastern boundary of property No.51 Cranesbill Road iii) from its junction with Greenfinch Close to a point 24 metres north west of its roundabout junction with Eastern Way; Greenfinch Close - both sides - from its junction with Cranesbill Road for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction; Nightjar Close -both sides - from its junction with Cranesbill Road for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C185, Corsham and Chippenham Without; from its junction with the A4 to its junction with Sheldon Corner to enable Cigaclear Limited to carry out installation of Cigaclear duct within Openreach network. Alternative route clockwise: via Sheldon Corner - CI 80 - A420 - A350 - A4. This Order will come into operation on 26 April 2021 and the closure will be required until 30 April 2021. B) Byde Mill Farm Road, Corsham; from its junction with Corsham Road for its entire length to enable Cigaclear Limited to carry out excavation works to lay fibre optic cabling. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 26 April 2021 and the closure will be required until 07 May2021. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Q Leslie Rise, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with Bobbin Lane for its entire length; D) Tynings Way, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with Leslie Rise to its junction with Boswell Road; E) Boswell Road, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with Lower Westwood Road for its entire length; F) Hebden Road, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with Boswell Road for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing, patching works, road marking and adjustment of ironworks. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 06 April 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 09 April 2021. C) Manor Road, Corsham; from its junction with Queens Avenue for its entire length to enable Cigaclear Limited to carry out laying of cables, building chambers and cabinets. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 05 April 2021 and the closure will be required for one day.
