Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: Tern Close Footpath (Part), Calne; from its junction with Prince Charles Drive for a distance of approximately 100 metres in an easterly direction to enable Section 278 works to be carried out. Alternative route: via Tern Close Footpath (unaffected length) - Prince Charles Drive - Tern Close and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 12 April 2021 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 26 April 2021. The Order will have a maximum duration of 06 months. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: The Butts (Part), Biddestone; from its junction with Challows Lane to its junction with Hartham Lane to enable Gigaclear Limited to carry out laying of cables, building of chambers and cabinets. Alternative route: via The Butts (unaffected length) - The Tynings - Little Challows - Challows Lane and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 05 March 2021 will now recommence on 16 April 2021 and the closure will be required until 21 May 2021. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Alternative route pedestrians: via Footpath 13, Worton - Footpath 20, Worton - High Street and vice versa. No alternative route is available for horse riders and cyclists. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 04 May 2021 and the closure will be required until 10 May 2021. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. This Order will come into operation on 12 April 2021 and the closure will be required until 16 April 2021. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Chippenham and Chippenham Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Prohibition of Stopping, Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment No.6) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that on 30 March 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Chippenham and Chippenham Without Consolidation Order 2019 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. CR35, CS35 and CS39 dated 21st October 2019 and replacing them by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. CR35, CS35 and CS39 dated 12 April 2021 the effect of which is as follows: a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on the following length of road:

Vincients Road - south east side - from a point 129 metres south of its junction with Bumpers Way (western leg) for a distance of 60 metres in a southerly direction; b) To remove existing Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm 30 minutes No return within 1 hour and replace with No Waiting at any time on the following length of road:

Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
