Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Paddock End, Kington St Michael; from its junction with CI 54 for its entire length; S) Skillins, Kington St Michael; from its junction with CI 54 for its entire length; C) Kyneton Way, Kington St Michael; from its junction with CI 54 for its entire length to enable Cigaclear Limited to carry out excavation works to lay cables, build chambers and cabinets. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 17 May 2021 and the closures will be required as follows; A) Monday 17 May 2021 and the closure will be required for one day; B) Tuesday 18 May 2021 and the closure will be required for one day; C) Wednesday 19 May 2021 and the closure will be required for one day. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Manor Hill (Part), Purton; from its junction with Church End in a for a distance of approximately 300 metres in a southerly direction to enable Gigaclear Limited to carry out excavation works to lay cable. Alternative route: via Manor Hill (unaffected length) - Stone Lane - Common Piatt - B4553 - The Fox - Church End and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 25 February 2021 will now recommence on 26 April 2021 and the closure will be required until 07 May 2021. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Alternative routes: via existing alternative highways and public rights of way. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 17 May 2021 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for 8 weeks. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 4 (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with B4643 for a distance of approximately 220 metres in an easterly direction; Footpath 109, Chippenham; from its junction with B4643 to its junction with Footpath 16, Lacock; Footpath 16 (Part), Lacock; from its junction with Footpath 109 to its junction with Footpath 9, lacock to enable The carrying out of residential development pursuant to planning permission 14/12118/OUT. Alternative routes: via using alternative route provided and public highway. 'Footpath 109, Chippenham and Footpath 16, Lacock - route to broadly follow field boundaries immediately adjoining construction site, connecting to B4643 approx. 0.08 miles South of current location. The above order, confirmed as made on 13th April 2021 under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a public footpath over land north of Stowell Park, Marlborough from OS Grid ref SU 1493 6199 leading north north east to OS Grid ref SU 1508 6219, with a width of 3 metres, and an approximate length of 248 metres.
