Temporary Closure of West Buckland Road and War Memorial Triangle
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along West Buckland Road and War Memorial Triangle for a distance of 440 metres.
This Order will enable Sunbelt Rentals to carry out underground cabling works on behalf of BT Openreach.
The Order becomes effective on 15th July 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 19th July 2021 until 23rd July 2021 between the hours of (09:30 -15:30) for a total of 5 days.
