I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:
APP/21/00867/PA Prior Approval for Change of Uses from Office to Dwelling House. 11 Ravine Road.

APP/21/00703/F Demolition of existing building and construction of a 50-bed care home with associated works to the external grounds and alterations to the existing boundary wall. 1 Crichel Mount Road.
APP/21/00838/F Variation of condition 1 of planning permission
APP/19/00299/R as described in that description of development to progress with an alternative road layout to allow for greater flexibility in the delivery of the subsequent phases of the consented employment application. This application seeks to foreshorten the principal 'spine road' (with regard to its longitudinal length) but still provides the width and carriageway/ drainage arrangement as per the approved scheme.
