Bridgwater Road, Taunton (Temporary Prohibition of Vehicles) (Night Time Closure) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that on 30* day of July 2021 Somerset County Council made the above Order in exercise of the provisions of Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 22nd day of July 2021, to introduce a temporary prohibition of vehicles in the roads specified in the Schedule below. The works are expected to commence on 9th day of August 2021 between 2200 hours and 0600 hours until the 8th day of July 2022 and the restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs. a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road
b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works
c) the date on which the order would come into force and its maximum duration
