Notice ot application to VARY a Premlsea Licence
Thursdays (UK) Ltd are applying to vary the Premises licence at TGI Fridays, Units LG6 and LG7 Exeter Crescent, Bournemouth BH2 5DD, to vary the layout (externally only) to include the additional external seating area, to be served by waiter/waitress service; to vary the provision of off sales to Include off sales from the premises With or without food. To vary the provision of off sales to include click and collect from the premises, whether as part of a pre-ordered meal or not, and to remove part of condition 2.3 restricting alcohol sold for consumption off the premises only as part of a pre-ordered meal to be delivered to a customer's home address.

St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6DY, or http://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk  by 31 August 2021. A record of the application can be viewed at Bournemouth CP Council during opening hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to punishable by a fine of any amount on summary correction for trie offence.
