Application No. 24/21/00021: Land To The East Of A38, Bristol Road, Highbridge TA9 4HN. Erection of an agricultural livestock building. This development may affect a public right of way. Application No. 45/21/00032: The Cottage, Pightley Road, Spaxton, Bridgwater TA5 1AQ. Proposed internal improvements to the lounge, stairwell, landing, main & third bedroom. This application affects a listed building. Application No. 11/21/00098: The Royal Clarence Hotel, The Esplanade, Burnham On Sea TA81BQ.
