Application No. 27/21/00006: Old Rectory Coach House, Stonehall Lane, Enmore, Bridgwater TA5 2AN. Erection of a two storey detached garage & store above, with the demolition of existing single storey detached garage. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 37/21/00011: Newton Brook Caravan Storage, Spanish Hill, North Petherton, Bridgwater TA6 6NB. Increase in storage capacity from 100 units to 175 caravans & motorhomes. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. Application No. 09/21/00029: Land At, Bower Farm, Bower Lane, Bridgwater TA6 4TY. Application to modify Planning Obligation (Section 106 Agreement) dated 1st May 2020 relating to Planning Application 09/17/00031 to allow for affordable housing in schedule 3. This proposal is a major development. Application No. 08/21/00152: Granville Court, Waverley Wharf, Bridgwater TA6 3TY. Fell one Contorted Willow (T1). The tree(s) lie within a Conservation Area. For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
