Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Cliff, 6 Ravine Road, Poole, BH13 7HX applied to BCP Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
1. To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant such variation to have effect upon the completion of the works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing. Permitted hours and licensable activities remain as existing.
2. To update the telephone number of the premises licence holder to 0121 498 4000.
3. To remove a duplicated condition from the Premises Licence which is now covered by the mandatory conditions.
