APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT - LAND ADJACENT 76 WINCHESTER ROAD FRONTING WARREN AVENUE SOUTHAMPTON SO16 6US

I GIVE NOTICE THAT A HEAD OF TIMES ESTATES LTD IS APPLYING TO SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL FOR PLANNING PERMISSION FOR
Adjust site levels to construct part 2/part 3 storey building with roof terrace and featuring a partial green/living wall, for use as specialist supported accommodation within Class C3 (6 x 1 bed flats), with associated communal accommodation and staff office at ground floor level, bin store and parking, following removal of existing poster hoardings
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write within 21 days of the date of this Notice to the Authority at Southampton City Council, Planning Service, DM Team, Civic Centre, Civic Centre Road, Southampton, SO14 7LY.
