No. 1 - Notice is hereby given that on 2 March 2022 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order No.1 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Trowbridge Consolidation Order 2019 by revoking Map Schedule No. ES28 dated 30 March 2020 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No. ES28 dated 18 March 2022 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at any time on Stancomb Avenue, Trowbridge - north east side - from a point 25 metres north west of its junction with A361 Hilperton Road for a distance of 27 metres in a north westerly direction; Stancome Avenue, Trowbridge - south west side - from a point 25 metres north west of its junction with A361 Hilperton Road for a distance of 18 metres in a north westerly direction. No.2 - Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council in exercise of its powers under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 approves the installation of Traffic Calming Features (road hump) on Stancomb Avenue, Trowbridge - at a point 3.5 metres north west of its junction with A361 Hilperton Road. The traffic calming feature will have a maximum height of 100 millimetres with a maximum ramp gradient of 1 in 12 and will form a method of reducing the speed of vehicles and providing priority for pedestrians and cycles crossing at this location. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order and Traffic Calming Feature will come into operation on 18 March 2022.

No. 1 - Notice is hereby given that on 2 March 2022 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order No.1 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Trowbridge Consolidation Order 2019 by revoking Map Schedule No. ES27 dated 17 August 2020 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No. ES27 dated 18 March 2022 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at any time on Bellefield Crescent, Trowbridge - both sides - from the boundary of property No.22 Bellefield Crescent for a distance of 17 metres in a north westerly direction; Bellfield Crescent, Trowbridge - south east side -the full width between property Nos. 22 and 24 Bellefield Crescent. No.2 - Notice is hereby given that on 2 March 2022 Wiltshire Council confirmed the above mentioned Order No.2, without modification, under section 3(3)(b) of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984 the effect of which is the following lengths of footpaths have been designated as a cycle track: Footpath 43, Trowbridge -from its junction with Footpath 44 for a distance of approximately 32 metres in an easterly direction; Footpath 44, Trowbridge -the complete length from its junction with A361 Hilperton Road to its junction with Footpath 43. No.3 - Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council in exercise of its powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 approves the installation of "TOUCAN" Crossings (an un-segregated crossing for pedestrians and cyclists) in the following lengths of road: A361 Hilperton Road, Trowbridge (north side of carriageway) - the centre of the crossing is at a point approximately 30 metres north east of its roundabout junction with County Way; A361 Hilperton Road, Trowbridge (south side of carriageway) - the centre of the crossing is at a point approximately 29 metres north eats of its roundabout junction with County Way; A361 Hilperton Road -the centre of the crossing is at a point approximately 31 metres north east of its junction with Stancomb Avenue. Notice is hereby given that on 2 March 2022 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in Colerne and Lacock in the Parishes of North Wiltshire Consolidation Order 2018 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. DA19, DB19 and DH37 dated 29th January 2018 and replacing them by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. DA19, DB19 and DH37 dated 14th March 2022 the effect of which is as follows: Colerne - a) To remove No Waiting at any time and replace with Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm 1 hour No return within 2 hours on Market Place - south side - from a point 8 metres west of its junction with Vicarage Lane for a distance of 5 metres in a westerly direction; b) To remove No Waiting Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm and replace with Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm 1 hour No return within

2 hours on Market Place - east side - from a point 11 metres north of its junction with Vicarage Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction; c) To remove No Waiting at any time on Market Place - north west side of war memorial - from a point at the western boundary of property known as 'Emsleigh' for a distance of 8 metres in a north easterly direction; d) To introduce Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm 30 minutes No return within 1 hour on High Street - south side - from a point 4.5 metres east of its junction with Chapel Path for a distance of 5 metre in an easterly direction. Lacock - e) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Corsham Road - both sides - from a point 44 metres east of the entrance to Whitehall Garden Centre to its junction with A350, a distance of 135 metres; Notton Lane - both sides - from its junction with Corsham Road for a distance of 18 metres in a northerly direction. Following a decision from the Cabinet Member for Transport, Waste, Street Scene and Flooding amendments have been made to the restrictions previously advertised on Quarry Lane, Colerne. SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION

ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Maple Grove, Trowbridge; from its junction with College Road for its entire length. B) Laurel Grove, Trowbridge; from its junction with Maple Grove for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 04 April 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 for

C) Old Road, Melksham Without; from its junction with A350 for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. No Alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 07 April 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 for 3 weekdays. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: D) C228 (Part), Coulston; from its junction with Stokes Marsh Lane to its junction with Back Lane to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to deveg structure, carry out brick repairs and associated works. Alternative route via C228 (unaffected length) - C245 - B3098 -C228 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 March 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00 until 17 March 2022. E) C163 (Part), Corsham; from its junction with Lacock Road (Eastern Spur) for approximately 80m in a northerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out installation of PRV, meter, bypass valves and washouts onto water main. Alternative route via C150 - C157 - C163 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 March 2022 and the closure will be required until 27 March 2022. F) Orchard Close (Part), Westwood; from its junction with Lower Westwood Road for approximately 25m in a northerly direction to enable Wales and West Utilities Ltd to carry out mains replacement and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 14 March 2022 and the closure will be required for 5 days. For further information please contact Wales and West Utilities Ltd on 07860 182260. G) Woodrow Road (Part), Melksham; from its junction with Littlejohn Avenue to its junction with Woodcombe to enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer construction and associated works. Alternative route via Woodrow Road (unaffected length) -Forest Road - A3102 - New Road - Woodrow Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 March 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:30 and 00:00 until 15 June 2022. For further information please contact Wessex Water on 0345 600 4600. Orders (a) to (g) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
