I give notice that Legal & General UK Property Trust are applying for a Variation of Condition of Planning Permission (ref: W/11/03052/FUL): Multiscreen digital cinema, hotel, restaurants/cafes/bars/retail and associated car parking, public realm and landscaping works, vehicular access, pedestrian and cycle links, on land at the former Tescos site, St Stephens Place, Trowbridge
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Wiltshire Council at Development Management, Wiltshire Council, Bradley Road, Trowbridge BA14 0RD, within 21 days of publication of this notice.
* “owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
Statement of owners’ rights: the grant of permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
