The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 23 December 2016 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be consideredand placedon afile,which isopen tothepublic STEEPLE ASHTON - 16/11213/LBC 60 High Street, Replace Lean-to Extension; TROWBRIDGE -16/11430/LBC 181 Frome Road, Convert Barn into Accommodation.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C232 (Part) East Town/Sandpits Lane, West Ashton;
from its junction with West Ditch Lane to its junction with Mudmead Lane to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out CCTV survey and associated works. Alternative route via C232 Sandpits Lane (unaffected length) - C19 High Street/Edington Road - C219 Trowbridge Road- C49 Bratton Road - West Ditch Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 7 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 08.00 and 17.00 for two days. (b) C4 Mill Lane (Part), Box; from its junction with Lycetts Orchard to its junction with A4 London Road to enable Wessex Water to carry out supply separation. Alternative route via C4 Mill Lane (unaffected length) -UC Hill House Farm Loop Road - C152 Middlehill - A4 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 6 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 08.00 and
18.00 until 8 December 2016; (c) Barton Orchard,
Bradford on Avon; from its junction with C230 Newtown for its entire length to enable Wessex Water to renew a valve on leaking fire hydrant. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 5 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00 until 7 December 2016. Water on 0345 6004600; (d) Mons Lane (Part),
Lacock; from its junction with Cantax Hill in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 610m to its junction with Rey Bridge to enable BT Openreach to excavate to lay duct and build joint boxes. Alternative route via Mons Lane (unaffected length) - A350 - Mons Lane (Great Notton Farm/Cuckoo Bush Farm) and vice versa.This Order will come into operationon 5 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for three weeks. For further information please contact Frank Ward (KN Group on behalf of BT Openreach) on 07736275255. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
