Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Trowbridge) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2015 Experimental Order 2016 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council made the above-mentioned Experimental Order on 29 November 2016 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and the Traffic Management Act 2004. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months and during that time consideration will be given to introducing a permanent Order. The effect of the Experimental Order will be as follows. 1. The County of Wiltshire (Trowbridge) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2015 will be amended by the suspension of Map Schedule EY25 dated 28 September 2015 and the insertion of revised Map Schedule EY25 dated 19 December 2016 for the duration of the Experimental Order. 2. The effect of the Order will be to introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm on Hazel Grove -north side - from the boundary between property Nos. 36 and 38 Hazel Grove in an easterly direction to the boundary between property Nos. 24 and 26 Hazel Grove (including turning head); Hazel Grove - south side - from a point 6 metres west of the entrance to property known as 'Grove Primary School' for a distance of 60 metres in a westerly direction; Hazel Grove - south side - from a point 3 metres east of the entrance to property known as 'Grove Primary School' for a distance of 35 metres in an easterly direction. A copy of the Order, plan and Statement of the Council's Reasons for making the Experimental Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours and details of the scheme may also be seen at Trowbridge Library, Ground Floor, County Hall, Trowbridge during the hours of 8.30am to 7pm Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 9am to 5pm Saturday for the duration of the objection period. Documents can also be viewed online at www.wiltshire.gov.uk/troconsultations.htm. Wiltshire Council will be considering in due course whether the provisions of the Experimental Order should be continued in force indefinitely. Objections to the making of an Order for the purposes ofsuch indefinite continuation should be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made (quoting reference LJB/TRO/TROWExp): (a) within a period of six months beginning with the day on which the Experimental Order came into force; or (b) if that Order is varied by another Order or modified pursuant to Section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, within a period of six months beginning on the day on which the variation or modification or the latest variation or modification came into force. Anyperson aggrieved by the Experimental Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powersofthe relevant section ofthe Act or on the grounds thatanyrequirementof that Section or of Part III of Section 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. This Order will come into operation on 19 December 2016.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Bridleway 42 (Part), Dilton Marsh; from a point approximately 500m south-east of its junction with Stourton Bushes for a distance of approximately 120m covering the area of the level crossing to enable track renewal works. An alternative route can be found via Standerwick village. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 7 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required between the hours of 21.00 and 10.00 on the following dates: 7/8 January 2017, 14/15 January 2017, 21/22 January 2017 and 28/29 January 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Wine Street, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with B3108 Winsley Road to its junction with C230 Newtown to enable Wessex Water to carry out water mains replacement works. Alternative route via C230 Newtown - A363 Masons Lane/Bath Road - B3108 Winsley Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 3 January2017 and itisanticipated thatthe closure will be required until 19 March 2017. (b) Dursley Road (Part), North Bradley and Heywood; from its junction with B3097 Hawkeridge Road in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 230m to enable Wessex Water to carry out water mains replacement. Alternative route via B3097/C7 Hawkeridge Road - A350 - Church Road/Dursley Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 3 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily until 24 February 2017. (c) C82 Seagry Road (Part), Seagry; from its junction with C66 Great Somerford Road for a distance of approximately 400m in a north-westerly direction to property 'Oaktree Mews' to enable Wessex Water to replace/re-bed a manhole cover and frame. Alternative route via C82 Seagry Road (unaffected length) - C166 Five Thorn Lane - C66 Great Somerford Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. For further information please contact Tom Wysocki (Wessex Water) on 03458 600 4600; (d) Henley Lane (Part), Box; from property 'Henley Cottages' for a distance of approximately 130m to its junction with Washwell to enable Wales and West Utilities to install a new gas supply. Alternative route via Henley Lane (unaffected length) - Longsplatt - C48 Blue Vein/Old Jockey - A365 - Henley Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 14 December 2016. For further information please contact Ray Besant (Wales and West Utilities) on 07721 747320 (office hours) or 0845 3715050 (outside of office hours); (e) C113 (Part) Kellaways/Maud Heaths Causeway, Langley Burrell; for a distance of approximately 25m either side of the rail bridge to enable Balfour Beatty Rail to remove vegetation obscuring height restriction signs. Alternative route via C113 Maud Heaths Causeway/Bremhill Road/Dumb Post Hill/ Ratford Hill - A4 - A420 - B4069 Langley Road/Pew Hill/Chippenham Road - C375 The Common and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 16.00 until 16 December 2016. For further information please contact A-Plant Lux on behalf of Balfour Beatty Rail on 0370 0500792. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
