Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Bridleway 42 (Part), Dilton Marsh; from a point approximately 500m south-east of its junction with Stourton Bushes for a distance of approximately 120m covering the area of the level crossing to enable track renewal works. An alternative route can be found via Standerwick village. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 7 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required between the hours of 21.00 and 10.00 on the following dates: 7/8 January 2017,14/15 January 2017, 21/22 January 2017 and 28/29 January 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration ofsix months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C167 Tytherton Lucas (Part), Bremhill; from its junction with C112 Bencroft Hill for a distance of approximately 50m in a northerly direction to enable Wessex Water to install a washout. Alternative route via C112 Bencroft Hill - C113 Bremhill Road/Wick Hill/Maud Heaths Causeway - C167 Tytherton Lucas (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 24 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for three days. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (b) Dursley Road (Part), North Bradley and Heywood; from its junction with B3097 Hawkeridge Road in an easterly direction for a distance ofapproximately 230m to enable Wessex Water to carry out water mains replacement. Alternative route
via B3097/C7 Hawkeridge Road - A350 - Church Road/
Dursley Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 3 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily until 24 February 2017. For further information please contact Simon Lawson (Wessex Water) on 0345 6004600; (c) Wine Street, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with B3108 Winsley Road to its junction with C230 Newtown to enable Wessex Water to carry out water mains replacement works. Alternative route via C230 Newtown - A363 Masons Lane/Bath Road - B3108 Winsley Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 3 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 19 March 2017. For further information please contact Paul Hobbs (Wessex Water) on 07823 370074. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due to the nature of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
