Parking) Consolidation Order 2012 (Amendment No. 6) Order 2017 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Westbury Consolidation Order 2012 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. FN28, FP29, FR29, FS29, FU27, FV27 dated 31 August 2012, FQ29 dated 30 November 2015 and FT27 dated 27 September 2013 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. FN28, FP29, FQ29, FR29, FS29, FT27, FU27 and FV27 and introduce new Map Schedule No. FM28 the effect of which will be as follows: (a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Cossington Square - both sides - from its junction with Slag Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction; Eden Vale Road - east side - from the boundary between property Nos. 17 and 19 Eden Vale Road for a distance of 34 metres in a southerly direction; Eden Vale Road - west side - from a point 30 metres south of its junction with Matravers Close for a distance of 88 metres in a northerly direction; Leigh Road - north side - i) from a point 17 metres north east of its junction with Eden Vale Road for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction ii) from the boundary between property Nos. 48 and 46 Leigh Road to the boundary between property Nos. 40 and 38 Leigh Road; Slag Lane - south east side - from its junction with Station Road to its junction with Frogmore Road; Slag Lane - north west side - i) from its junction with Station Road to a point 10 metres north of its junction with Private Access Road (Network Rail) ii) from a point 10 metres south of its junction with Turntable Place to a point 10 metres north of that junction; The Spur - both sides - from a point 21 metres north of its junction with Westbury Leigh for a distance of 60 metres in a northerly direction; Turntable Place - both sides - from its junction with Slag Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction; (b) To introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8.30am - 9.30am and 2.30pm - 3.30pm on Sandalwood Road (School Access) - both sides - from a point at the entrance to property known as Westbury Leigh Primary School for a distance of 20 metres in an easterly direction; (c) To introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am -6pm on Slag Lane - north west side - from a point 10 metres north of its junction with Private Access Road (Network Rail) to a point 10 metres south of its junction with Turntable Place; Slag Lane - south east side - from a point 10 metres north of its junction with Turntable Place to its junction with Frogmore Road. Deposit copies of the Order, plans and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Westbury Library, Westbury House, Edward Street, Westbury during the hours of 2pm to 7pm Monday, 9.30am to 5pm Tuesday and Friday, 9.30am to 7pm Thursday and 9.30am to 1pm Saturday until 6 February 2017. Comments on the proposal together with the reasons for which they are made should be sent in writing or via the website to reach the Sustainable Transport Group by 6 February 2017 quoting reference LJB/TRO/WEST6.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 3, Heywood; from its junction with Footpath 29, Heywood to its junction with Church Road to enable Network Rail to undertake track renewal work. Alternative route via Church Street/Dursley Road - Norleaze - Footpath 29 and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation nightly between the hours of 21.30 and 06.30 on the following

dates: 14 - 16 January 2017, 21 - 23 January 2017 and 28 - 30 January 2017. The Order

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) A363 Westbury Road (Part), Yarnbrook, North

Bradley; for a distance of approximately 50m either side of the rail bridge to enable Balfour Beatty Rail to carry out examination of the rail bride and minor de-vegetation. Alternative route via A363 (unaffected length) - A350 - C49 West Ashton Road - A361 County Way - A363 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 6 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one night between the hours of 22.00 and 06.00. For further information please contact Tom Kirkham (Balfour Beatty Rail) on 07581 294947; (b) C155 Lanes End (Part), Gastard, Corsham; from a point approximately 100m south-east of its junction with B3353 Velley Hill for a distance of approximately 150m in a south-easterly direction to enable BT Openreach to excavate to lay duct across carriageway. Alternative route via C155 Lanes End (unaffected length)/Gastard Lane - UC Gastard (Moonraker Farm to Thingley Bridge Farm) - UC Lacock Road - C163 Thingley Top/Coppershell - C155 Lanes End (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 8 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for three days. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions.
