Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Tidworth) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2011 (Amendment No.2) Order 2017 (previously advertised as 2016) Notice is hereby given that on 14 February 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Tidworth Consolidation Order 2011 by the insertion of new Map Schedule No. FX102 the effect of which is to introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm on Clarendon Court - both sides - from its junction with Wylye Road for a distance of 8 metres in a northerly direction; Wylye Road - north side - from a point 35 metres west of its junction with Clarendon Court to a point 35 metres east of that junction. As part of this project a Bus Stop Clearway will also be introduced on Wylye Road -south side-from itsjunction with Clarendon Court for a distance of 25 metres in an easterly direction. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or ofanyprovision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 27 February 2017.
